Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the vlp2 platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and vlp2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the vlp2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. We conduct verification checks and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). vlp2 strictly does not permit underage gambling in any form.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and maintain this accuracy throughout your use of the platform.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on vlp2. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of vlp2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or business partners.

vlp2 takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. We may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration & Security

When you create a vlp2 account, you establish a relationship of trust with us. We are committed to keeping your account secure, and in turn, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vlp2 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or chat. • Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and symbols — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

• You must ensure that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to secure and responsible operations, vlp2 requires all players to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and in some cases a selfie with your document. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general wagering requirements outlined below. vlp2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spins, and cashback offers — must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit outside the stated promotional terms.
• Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or system exploitation — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vlp2 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the vlp2 platform for any financial crime or illegal purpose.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the vlp2 platform under the same or different personal details, including accounts held jointly or by proxy.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated effort to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games offered on the platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any such activity must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Registering or using the vlp2 platform on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and written consent, including participation in any proxy gambling arrangement.

vlp2 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is identified, and to report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the vlp2 platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vlp2 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim liability for the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vlp2 platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if vlp2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or errors in software or data that occur during the normal course of platform operation or maintenance.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activities conducted on the vlp2 platform, including losses arising from the use of bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits.

Amendments to These Terms

vlp2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this document. Where required by applicable law or where a change is material and affects your rights as a player, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the vlp2 platform following the posting of any revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to close your account and cease use of the platform.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vlp2 is incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to vlp2's internal dispute resolution process.

If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to an appropriate external authority.
